In order to help everyone to prepare for the upcoming Las Vegas Conquest, Avatar Comics and Games will be hosting a 2000 point 40k tournament on March 13th.
Points: 2000
Start time: 12 noon(registration 11:30-12) on March 13th
Rounds: 3 @ 2 1/2 hours each
Entry Fee: $5

We will be holding our first Infinity ITS ranked tournament on March 6th starting at 12 noon.
Points: 300
Start time: 12 noon(registration 11:30 -12) on March 6th
Rounds: 4 @ 90 minutes each
Painting required: 3 color minimum and basing
Entry fee: $10
Prizes will include a trophy for first place and patches for the top player of each faction. Prizes will also be given for best painted and favorite opponent.
This is a ranked tournament so players can earn points towards unit patches.

I stopped by the store today. It was really cool to see all the guys playing Warhammer on the tables. It's a pretty cool game with all the buildings, vehicles and fighters. You guys have a really amazing selection of comics! There were ones in there I'd never even seen before. Thanks for the Door Prizes! I've read Steven King's "The Stand" but not "The Dark Tower", so this is really cool! It's oddly appropriate that that would be the title of the comics series you handed out (don't know if everybody got the same one), since Dark Tower used to be the old store's name :) I love the calendar too. It was great to meet some of the players and some store staff I hadn't seen before.
