Cool Mike! I don't do a whole lot of Pathfinder Society play (more of a home campaign player), but I'm pretty sure the Chronicles is not necessary. I'll let the veteran PS players speak on that, although I do have it and would be happy to share it with you at next Game Day. For the record, the entire Pathfinder rules set is available online:

Nice that you have it on PDF though for those occasions when you don't have internet access.

I know Issak usually has some pre gen characters with him, and I will bring some when I run the morning session in July

Hey Mike. I told Mike Fay to say hi for me when I bailed dunno if he did or not. I have a Deadlands game in the afternoon so I had to run.

As far as Pathfinder...I'll start digging into the basics then. I'm not up for another $50 rulebook until I see if I like it or not so I'll check out the PF website first.

Alternatively can I find some pre-made toons for next time to try out?

Yeah, looks like Pathfinder Society is getting quite a following at game day. Last Game Day we had to turn away a player who showed up late. Probably time to add another table to the offerings.

There is PFS at VGD each month. There is talk of a regular group starting up in July but unfortunately I don't really have the details for it.

Oiy is this group alive? I just heard the news about LFR...figures just as I was trying to get back into it...so I'm hunting for some kind of organized pencil and paper play. Do we have a regular group here in Las Vegas?

Is there still going to be a society scenario at LSoM for Free RPG Day? I've gone to their website but all I can find for that day is an ongoing PFS game. Is there another way to sign up?

Do any members know anyone who made it to the next round of RPG Superstar? I looked over the list of finalists and didn't recognize anyone. I hope the Vegas Gamers members who entered games will play them with us at a future Vegas Game Day.

That's awesome Perry! My first pathfinder Society scenario was a blast. I don't know if I will be able to run anything next Game Day, but I will certainly keep you in the loop if I do. Thanks!
