D&D Encounters: Undermountain
Just as an FYI, WotC is starting a new one-encounter-a-week adventure series, the replacement for the old Dungeon Delves. It is going to be called D&D Encounters, and run in 3 month blocks.

- On Arkham Horror: It is an interesting concept and different, very pulp fiction rather than abject horror, though. Fantasy Flight added a layer of complexity above and beyond the original, too. We have all the expansions and are looking to get some people together semi-regularly.

- I was DM for my last group and studied or absorbed the FR lore as I went along and made a pretty exciting game out of it, but rules are my weak point. Anyone experienced and fun without being too serious is great (does it feel like I'm writing a dating site personals ad yet?).
The night is Friday or Saturday (DM has OK'd Saturday, still waiting for a response on Friday). We are near the 95 and 215 interchange. Let me know if you are interested.

- Marty - great news! We have yet another player on board, and this one runs the BattleZone Comics over on Tropical. He has said that we can use his store to play our game! He and I are supposed to talk later tonight to try and set things up. Just wanted to keep you in the loop. I will let you know what happens. I am hoping we can have our first session as of this Saturday. I will keep you up to date.

We are still on for the Flamingo Library tonight, but I wanted to let you know that I forgot to bring my Knights of the Old Republic book with me this morning before I left for work. I think it is safe to assume that you will have your core books with you tonight, but I did not know if you managed to procure the KOTOR book or not. Just get back to me and let me know if this is a problem.

That was pretty awesome. I don't know how I missed the posting of this one. Anyway, nice way to kill 10 minutes while working late at the office. ;-) I agree with Perry that this would be an awesome way to manage DMs and players.
Perry - I have a plan in the works to move our scheduling to this site. When that happens, we'll be able to build that sort of system here. I will keep you posted.
