Today Elton Brand signed a contract for 80 million dollars over 5 years to bounce and throw and chase an orange ball around on a hardwood court. Now since he didn't sign with the team that gives him the best chance to win a championship at a lower salary or stay with his current team, I suspect that he may have been influenced 80 million times to agree to move to a new team. While playing a session of D&D recently I disagreed with a DM ruling concerning cover when using a reach weapon. At the time I made a note to myself to speak with the DM after the game. I did this for 2 reasons.

1. Even though I knew the DM was wrong, the impact upon the combat was minimal at best.
